Faction skills - Guild Wars Forums

Currently I own prophecies, nightfall, and eye of the north. I was wondering if I could get the elite skills that are originally in faction but are also in eye of the north. For example: Ray of Judgment is a Faction skill but a boss in eye of the north has it, could be able to capture it and use it?

You definitely won't be able to use it, I remember that much from other threads - I think it won't even let you capture it, but I had all the games before EotN so I don't know firsthand.

Nope, you can't get it. You have to own the campaign it's originally from in order to capture/use it.
